Looking after your REISTO® clothing

At REISTO®, every product is designed to withstand the demands of the shooting ground while maintaining its appearance and performance for years to come.

A little extra care will help keep your garments looking their best, whether you're competing every weekend or enjoying a casual day on the range.

Signature Shooting Vests

Our Signature Shooting Vests feature premium technical fabrics and Alcantara-style shoulder pads, chosen for their comfort, durability and classic appearance.

Washing

We recommend professional dry cleaning where possible.

If you choose to machine wash your vest:

  • Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle.
  • Wash separately or with similar dark colours.
  • Turn the garment inside out before washing.
  • Fasten all zips before washing.
  • Do not soak.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Allow to air dry naturally.
  • Cool iron only if required.

Colour Transfer

During the first few washes, some darker fabrics may release a small amount of excess dye. This is common with many premium garments that use rich colours and specialist materials.

To minimise any risk:

  • Wash the garment separately for the first few washes.
  • We recommend using a colour-catching sheet as an additional precaution.
  • Do not leave the garment damp after washing.

Softshell Jackets & Gilets

Our softshell garments are designed to provide excellent comfort and weather resistance.

To maintain their performance:

  • Machine wash at 30°C.
  • Wash inside out.
  • Do not use fabric conditioner.
  • Air dry naturally.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Cool iron if required.

Avoid excessive heat, as this may reduce the effectiveness of the water-resistant finish.

Fleece Products

Our fleece garments are made from soft, durable polyester fleece.

For best results:

  • Machine wash at 30°C.
  • Wash with similar colours.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Air dry naturally.
  • Do not tumble dry.

General Care Advice

To maximise the life of your REISTO® clothing:

  • Store garments clean and dry.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when not in use.
  • Brush away dried mud or dust before washing.
  • Avoid harsh detergents and bleach.
  • Never store garments whilst damp.

And that’s exactly what we did.
